the p.a. game comish board was one member short .They just appointed another one ,so now they have a full board.The guy they appointed does not agree with the proposed changes so the vote of 4-3 is now 4-4.Therefore a tie, by board rules the proposal is squaushed. ::   |

The hunting regulations are already out with crossbows aproved for upcoming deer and bear archery seasons. This is going to be a mess!
I didn't get a muzzleloader stamp this year because the new rules dont allow crossbows during muzzleloader season. Under the old rules they were allowed. |

I think you can use the crossbow during the early muzzleloader in october under the new rules thats why I got my 12 year old son the combination license |

I stand corrected I just looked it up you cannot use the crossbow during the early or late seasons but If you add an archery stamp you can use the crossbow during the early season overlap with muzzleloader |
