 Being a native Kalifornian I am a bit cynical when discussing the 9th circus court. They have a tendency to "interpret" whatever is in front of them however they wish at the time. However I will take any small victory, (given their past record) as a positive sign. |

 There's got to be a catch in there somewhere. This is a court that ruled that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional. |
