Nothing could be better Ive eaten elk at a friend of the familys from somewhere in the states and it was delicious exspecially with some hot taters and onions. I always welcome the great advice from seasoned hunters and I loved the story too, another great post.

I know this article is years old, however I must say that it is an excellent step-by-step guide and a big confidence booster for young hunters
