Actually thats a test. The boss just wants to make sure your paying attention!
Actually in Oregin the cougar is out of control. I was talking to a couple fish and game guys last week and we talked about the cougar. They told me that the control limit in Oregon is 3000 cats but presently they are estimated at 7000. We have a problem with anti's that have gotton dogs outlawed. Now the only ones that can use them are government trappers.
Deer around here have really taken a beating in the past few years. Last year there were 5 reported sighting within a couple miles of town, two killed livibg under a ranchers house and seven more on anothe ranch where the trapper shot three treeded by his dogs. _________________ Greg Campbell - Apr 15, 2009 - See ya later my friend!

I have seen ALOT of tracks, scat, carcasses, and I'm in the mountains alot. I will take out as many cougars as I can, but only problem is I have to see them lol. There are alot of good hunting grounds ruined by these cats. |

 Hey guys,
I went out this year and didn't see many deer. I seen no elk.
I did find this and the track is bigger then it looks. I'm a Dumba$$ and hand my hand closer to the cam then the track and it looks small.

I'm a hunter living on the South Coast in OR and I haven't seen much deer around here either. We had to go up to Sutherlin, OR just to find anything this year.
I agree that it could have a lot to do with the ever-increasing cougar and black bear populations we are seeing around here. I think I'll be buying bear and cougar tags next year, just in case. |
