Yes! It's great! You bread it and fry it just like chicken, or breaded porkchops. The texture, and flavor is a lot like good porkchops. If you're ever in Southern Louisiana, stop and any GOOD Cajun sea food resturant, and order some. you can usually get a small appetizer of gator, to taste it to see if you want to order a dinner! You wont be sorry you tried it, it'll just make you want to put in for a permit the next season!
