Has anyone ever heard of a 270 Maximum cartridge?

Give us a hint on where you heard about it? Rifle or pistole? I Goggled it and nothing came up so I believe that it could be somebody's wildcat or one's pet name for a cartridge.

I saw it on Bullberry's website for a contender barrel.
