 Hi there everyone,
I have a 2nd home/Camp in Caribou , Maine and have been hunting up there only a couple of times and have been very successfull. I have a 6hr drive to get there from southern Maine 1st"HOME". I would like to expand my hunting days.
I would like to know since I am so close to the Canadian Border can I hunt in Canada on sundays ?
thank you very much , Shawn Vezina _________________ IT'S HUNTING SEASON

It varies from province to province. I'm not sure about NB and QC. I know it is legal in SK, ON and I think AB; but not in NS. _________________ "Be still, and know that I am God" |

I have looked it up on the 'net today .
It looks like New Brunswick will possibly over turn the NO SUNDAY hunting law by November.
My camp is about 20min. from the town of Limestone, Canada so this law passing would be very good for me.
Right now I live in southern Maine and I am able to hunt in New Hampshire which is only 20min. to that border and also always hunting on sunday. _________________ IT'S HUNTING SEASON

New Brunswick only allows Sunday hunting during firearms deer season, and as a non-resident you will require a guide. And you may want to check wich zones you'd be hunting in as a few of the ones on the border are closed to deer hunting. |

Sunday hunting is permitted in Ontario, but it depends on the Municapality.
Where I live you cannot hunt on Sunday but 15 mins East of me you can and another 45 mins West you can. It's up to the Municapality whether Sunday hunting is permitted or not. |

Not exactly sure where Limestone is in New Brunswick , and couldn't give you guide prices causes I've never used one. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Google is your friend.
Check out the gnb.ca website, its Bilingual so make sure to choose english. I think somewhere on there it has a break down of the zones and regulations.
Best of luck. |

It is legal FOR SURE in sask, but you would have to check the regs in other provinces _________________ You Gotta Watch Where You Go And Remember Where you've Been |
