Honestly - there are some promises I do NOT want him to keep! Remember clamping down on our 2nd amendment rights was one of them.

But I understand your point. He was a typical politician during the campaign, saying whatever he needed to - to win.

Somebody needs to publish a list of the Right's predictions during the campaign that have come true. Throughout the campaign, people sounded warnings about Obama and his agenda, and they were soundly ridiculed as paranoid racist fools. It'd be interesting to see an analysis of how many of those warnings have proven true, and how many of the rebuttals have been exposed as smokescreen.

Personally I hope he continues to break promises as I found his agenda distasteful. So far he has left the 2nd amendment out of the equation, however, no one expected that to be first on his list. Let's hope he continues on this path of leaving us alone.
