the past few days ive hunted this one spot ive either been picked off or jumped the deer walking in and out of the little section of hardwoods. i cant get the deer close enough to me when im in the stand to see to shoot them and they blow and run off but theres no way he caught my scent from in the tree. if anyone is interested in helping let me kno and ill explain the land lay out and whats goin on in detail.

I believe the deer have you patterned and you have over hunted this particular spot. You should also pick a different travel route.

Lay low for 5 to 7 days. You should also try to figure out a way to get to your spot without spooking the animals you are trying to hunt.

Whelland is right, find a different way to get to your stand, even if it means taking the long way. You can also note where you bump these deer and plot it on an ariel photo. you can get them on google maps and what not for free, you just need a printer and color ink. Markdown where you bump them each time. you are likely walking through a bedding area. See if you can figure out how they get there and then where they go after, and set up there. I would get an ariel pic of the area and mark it up with some notes. you'd be surprised what you find.

you might want to try putting your stand on the side you walk in on so your close enough to get a shot, but not be walking in on them.
