No unfortunately I don't have a tag for the one and can't get one for the big one (he's in a no season zone). Still cool to see though.....

Hotmoon you'd be surprised! :D I'll give you a confusing hint, the bigger bull is South of the South Sask River, but he's in another Province. The smaller bull is an AB bull, he's North of the South Sask River, but south ofthe Battle River. ::neener:

Thanks for the kind words Hotmoon. Not all of the animals I've harvested have been of that caliber, there was lots of little ones along the way. (and quite a few unfilled tags too) But like everything else as we grow older a man's thinking changes and sometimes he has a little more patience to let the big ones come in instead of harvesting the first leagal animal that shows up. And now a days I enjoy my time outdoors whether a tag is cut or not. :thumbsup1:

I saw this fellow and his girlfriend yesterday. I accidently bumped them off of their waterhole. I got ahead of them and waited for them to cross the field. One grunt stopped the bull in his tracks (you can see the dust):
He came a little closer for a look and then trotted off to see his girlfiend.
It's still bizzare to me to see a moose out here on the bald azz prairie. |

Here is a picture of a Roosevelt Elk Bull that I took while my son and I were hunting Blacktails. I saw a bigger Bull earlier in the morning as well, but I did not have my camera handy at the time.
