The best twist depends on bulletlenght and the velocity you will get. General:
Best twist = (caliber x caliber x 150) : bulletlenght.
That means: .264 x .264 x 150 : 1.045(?) = 10, so twist 1 on 10 inches.
RPM = 720 x V0 : twist in inches
