| has anybody heard if cow elk tags will be selling over the counter in colorado ? |

I don't think cow elk tags are ever sold over the counter unless they are excess from the draw or the DOW has a last minute release of tags. Bull tags are sold over the counter in some units.
Best thing to do is apply now for your tag, you should draw out no problem, especially on the cow tags. |
