Anyone looking into owning a very good piece of hunting property should check this out. 100.5 Acres, Small House, 2 ponds, approx 75% wooded, secluded and private, 160K. The seller is a hunter (moving for personal reasons). Great hunting property and at $1600/acre a good investment property as well.
I've seen the property myself and a hunter or group of hunters need to own this property before it gets grabbed up by a developer or someone else that would not manage the property to it's potential.
NOTE: I am a hunter, retired military, and a Real Estate Agent. Anyone interested in this property should contact me fast.......at the price, it won't be around long. I also see a lot of property where leasing may be available. I recently sold 79 acres in Dekalb County, the new owners are not hunters but may consider a hunting lease.
