| I decided to muzzle hunt this year, after not doing it for 15 years or so, so when I went to buy a muzzleloader, brother, was I shocked at-- a) the prices of some rifles, wow. B) the advances, such as in line, pyrodex pellets, 209 primers. It is almost like hunting with a single shot rifle. After giving it some thought as to whether or not it was in keeping with the sprit of muzzleloading, I decided it was. Do any of you smoke pole hunters have any tips for this newbie ???? |

Hi Chechatonga,
You may want to try posting your question in the "Muzzleloader" forum, since most newbie questions are discussed there. |
