| I asked on the hunterscanada.com forum for suggestions where to close the season and the quys there advised me to go to Reg 3. I went close to Cache Creek, but saw no deer whatsoever, although I saw TONS of tracks. .. This is the last weekend for me to fill my deer tags... any suggestions? |

| The deer are probably pressured and are likely nocturnal now. If you have the resources, try a drive. Or if you have an idea where they bed set up on the downwind edge of the bedding areas - they will move around periodically within the bedding area throughout the day, and you may get a shot. Be prepared for a long sit though. Above all be very cautious not to disturb their safe area - if the deer feel it's compromised they'll bug out....good luck. |
