I use these on my 308's and shotgun's. I find for where I hunt they work great.Used peeps untill my eyes could't pick up the bead I wear bifocals. These are great for dogging real quick up to 200 yds work good.

Nice to hear that you like Aimpoint, that is a Swedish scope. It is quite widely used here and very appreciated when hunting in a environmental that has little space and requires fast shooting i.e. wild bore hunting. Which model is your favorite?
