| I am taking my son hunting in the Okanagan Highlands (for this Saturday till Wednesday), Have you been there? We are chasing open bags, and if I can bring Bambi  down with out having to carry him more than a 300 yards than great, but if not oh well. he will be 11 this month, so lining him up with a grouse or raccoon would be nice for his first hunt....so if you've got any thing to share i would luv to read it....thanks |

| Sorry I didn't read your question sooner, too late now. I hope you have done well. Let us know. I am taking my 13 yr old daughter for a doe draw into region 8-12 in early Nov. |

| I followed some advise on Oyama lake and it was great deer areas, we went on foot for a walk about ( got a little lost too  ) but saw a lot of fresh droppings, however we headed over to the other side of the valley -- 8-7 -- where we seen very little signs... |
