bitmasher, LOL:-) "squirt some doe piss on yourself, but for God's sake don't go buy a game call that sounds like a deer feeder! Yikes!" You had me rolling so bad I almost fell out of my chair!
Anyhow back to the issue.... Is baiting fair chase? In my opinion absolutely not. Plain and simple....
Well now, lets see how much hate mail I'll get now!

| Yeah, definately not fair chase. Also, most of those don't provide very good meat. I'll stick to the corn field deer call. |

This is from Mr Wayne Pacelles Of the HSUS! Hunters are already divided, find subjects that will keep them divided and we will conquer them. No truer words have ever been spoken! Just take a gander at some of these posts. I rest my case. Thanks Buck

Give me a break Buck! Just because there's a difference of opinion among hunters - does not mean we're divided! Its obvious different parts of the country have different hunting traditions. It does not make one right and the other wrong. And what's wrong with voicing an opinion?
And who's going to decide what is right and wrong? You? I don't think so! From your posts its obvious you've got a major axe to grind. |

| Buck, we get your point. But the amount of venom you put into your posts suggests it may be time to change the medication. It was my understanding this was a forum for debate, not simply a podium to rant from. |

| Bait is fair chase/ DNR people in Ohio have done studies that show it provides no advantage "when hunting deer" as for other species, lets take bear, yes it is fair, as fair as a man who is using 4-6 dogs to tree a bear, so it can be shot, or the guy who hunts a fenced "game ranch" so I guess all I can say is different strokes for different folks, and that is the way it should be ! I get a little tired at people who say I don't feel it should be this way, and everyone should feel as I do, so lets make it a law, what a bullshi* attitude, an attitude that I find prevails mostly in Calf. Good Hunting. |

| Buck, sorry to see that Cowgal and I have been officially "TATA'd." The point I was trying to make is that this an outdoor sports forum, not the Sierra Club. We understand the threat and support the cause. It's all about knowing your audience -- I think you can make your point without all the YELLING and exclamation points!! You're coming across as someone on the edge, and it distances people. |

The reason you were TATA'D is because I was trying to use some Elietist words so I would be accepted. But by me being the dumb, southern cracker, redneck, hillbilly BUBBA that I am, after all since I thought this was the Sierra Club. Is that some elite golf country club? I bid you Adieu Buck PS If cowgal or anyone else is going to use QUOTES they need to include the whole thing and not edit it to sound like its something I said!

Buck, no one on this board called you any of those names. As for your posts, they are a blur between your's and someone else's quotes. Its hard to distinguish between the two.
All of us know the issues and the potential for losing our hunting rights due to the animal rights groups, and I'm sure none of us takes that lightly. However obsessing about it constantly does no good. This IS a hunting forum, which means preaching to us is redundant. We know there are issues that need to be dealt with!! |

Bucknaked40,
You are welcome to use this forum to discuss, share information, and opinions about hunting or the issues that effect hunting. However all your posts deal with one topic, blasting the animal rights movement, to a group of people that are probably not partial to the animal rights movement. We get your point, if you cannot lay off, I ask you to get off the board. |

| Well thanks for setting me straight about this being a hunting forum, I must have misread the heading that said politics. All people are not as informed as some, there is new people registering on this forum every day. That is why I post what I post. Heck it takes a long time for the news to reach us hillbillies, and we are truly sorry that our news is ole news, but I guess that is something we have to learn to live with. Also I didn't think my words were obscure and ramblings that run together, I'm sorry if I have any one confused, but you will have to over look us self taught scholors. You have a good day now little lady and thanks for the encouraging words. Thanks again Buck |
