| Hi - A couple of thoughts. My perspective is from that of a booking agent, but I am not posting to promote myself, or my business. I represent Outfitters from all over N America, and there are some hunts out there that are really pretty affordable. Outfitters are getting more and more competitive. All of my hunts are $750-5000. Granted, figure in air fare, tips, etc., they can creep up, but still - a good tax refund can get you a decent hunt. The "Colorado folks hate Texans" syndrome - it's funny, but I have Texans going to Newfoundland, New Brunswickers going to Texas, Minnesotans going to Manitoba - I think it all evens out in the end. Anyway, my 2 cents, and a very enjoyable thread.. |
