I was wondering if the general BC bear season is open yet???? If so how is the hunting?? I am a resident to the south in ajoining Washington state. The bear activity is LOW this year and was wondering how it is going up north. Very dry here.

I'm in region 2 which is south western british columbia. Bear season doesn't open till sept 10- nov 30 then april 1, 2006 - june 15 2006. Bow is sept 1 to sept 9.
