I drew my Big Horn tag in Oregon. Steens mts. Anyone out there hunt this before? 2 tags 744 people applied in 04, so I am pretty lucky. I plan on spending as much time as possible in the area to scout but any info i can get would be helpful on this once in a lifetime hunt.
