| I was wondering if yall think that #4 buckshot is adequate for a treed lion. i am too damn lazy to go to wal-mart and buy rifle ammo but i'm not to lazy to go walk umpteen miles up and down the mountain :lol: |

| you could kill a treed lion with a 22 if you are a decent shot the buckshot will do the job but ruin your hide. |

| If you must use a shotgun for your treed lion, by all means use 000 BUCK for your lion harvest. It will deliver the best energy and penetration of all the buck shot. :) |

| maybe u should try some of the new dead coyote ammo from kent cartridges i hear it will put 30 pellets in a rifle target at 50 yards and it only holds 50 pellets in the 3in shell |

I suggest the use of 1 ought buck( Refering to SLUG) Dad shot a cat a couple years back at about 35 yds witha Slug and blew it clean outa the tree and there was no kicking or even eye blinks after that. The was a hole big enough you could put your boot through it. |
