I don't know if you have seen any of my prior posts but for all my big game hunting I trust my model 740 to do the job. I started using Winchester CXP's and have have great success in grouping on the range and taking many Bears with it no problem. For blacks I use the 180 PPs For range I use the same and for Moose I use the CXP3's in 220. I was actually just shooting behind my place and had some really nice groups at 150. Great shell lots of bang for your buck and the stopping power you need for big game.
