| I'm not sure if its due to an over population or lack of rain on the eastside of the state. Leeding to a lack of feed this winter. Maybe the state would rather see the hunters take the antelope rather than mother nature. But I'll find out for sure and let you know. |

Yeah there is a book about eastern MT called "Badlands" that was written a few years ago and documents just how dry that portion of the state can get.
I was just surprised to see the FWP issuing more tags this late in the cycle, figured something was up... |
