CAVEMAN:
My daughter shot her 1st elk last year with a Rem model 7 in 7mm-08 275 yards cross canyon one shot. One happy kid. It all comes down to how well and how comfortable you are with your model 7. They are great little rifles. Aim for the vitals shot placement is the key. good luck gunslinger |

Hi Caveman,
I have never used that rifle, so I can't help much. But I do have a question.
You mentioned you are going hunting on an Apache Reservation. Being that reservations are sovereign, does that mean the tribe controls who can and can't hunt, when and where? Just curious, since it occurred to me that Indian tribes should/can control hunting rights as private property. |
