I took him standing broad side at 200 yards and it took hours to get a bead on 'em. Every time he would turn towards me or away from me, he would just vanish, like he was paper thin!
Never had him scored, but my friends all say he is a big buck. I think the taxidermist did a good job with the mount.

| Groan.:roll: It's Ben awhile since I've seen one of those. I've noticed that even though the heads are a lot bigger, they don't seem to breed as fast as they used to. Sure, there's always the guy on Wall Street that claims you can get a whole herd of those things if you'll just put your buck in with his doe. But then when you do, it always turns out the same -- O deer. |
