This past weekend my buddies and I hunted private land in Parkfield/San Miguel area. One guy took a Boar (175lbs.) and lots more were seen (about 30 in all) most were on adjacent property and it rained all three days but we hunted anyway and covered some pretty rough terain. The biggest factor with hogs is water and I think the empty ponds where we hunted was the primary reason for the hogs not staying long. Either way, a bad day hunting is still better than the best day at work and a good time was had by all. Happy hunting all and, stay safe.
