| Anybody know how many points you must accumulate to have a good shot a drawing a tag in Wyoming? |

Oh ... the pat answer is Max Pref. Points for the great area's and for 2004 that would be nine. It really depends on what unit you apply. There are some units that have 100% draws.
Trends are down. The total number of Non-Resident licenses and also applications has been dropping yearly.
2001 51 permits & 362 applicants
2002 48 permits & 304 applicants
2003 45 permits & 233 applicants
