| I am looking into getting a CVA Optima Pro .50 SS barrel with the camo stock. If anyone has one or has shot one please tell me your thoughts on it. How is the Accuracy? How does the gun feel when you are holding it? things like that it would really help me out. Thanks again |

| I have the 26" Optima. It handles real well, the high stock lines your eye up with the scope fast and easy. With 2 777 pellets and power belt 245's it will group 2" @ 100. Cleans like a dream. Only bitch I have is the rifling in the lower part of the barrel is rough, so much so it tears the patches as you clean it. I'm sure after more shooting and cleaning it will smooth out but should not have came this way in the first place. |

Good gun, I have the 26in black/blue. Getting good groups 2 1/2in @150 yrds
150grs cleatshot powder 250gr T/C's shockwave bullets.
It took me about 100 rounds to get the barrel smoothed out and shooting good. I boughtan 29in .45cal barrel that i have yet to try, will be testing on it. |
