Is it OK to use 3 triple 7 pellets in a TC Encore 209X50 with 260 grain Powerbelt bullet??

The Encore is rated to handle 150 (max) of powder in pellet form. T-7 is loaded higher but they reduce the size of the pellet so you get the same measurement I would get another ramrod when loading the T-7's since they are smaller ( less confusing) if you do use different powders,
