My hunting companions have been putting crossbow arrows in deer without being able to find the wounded deer in some wooded areas with big ravines, creeks, etc. I have heard that there are radio transmitters available in crossbow arrows. Can anyone give me any information about sources, costs, legality, efficacy, etc., for these?
Thanks,
Roger

I've never heard of that, but I've seen little beepers that sound off on impact I've never used them. I can't see why anything of that nature would be illegal, it would only prevent the waist off game
