I have been trying to keep up with the Vallera Caldera changes. Does anybody know what exactly an "Access Agreement" is, and how do you get one?
One of the conditions of these hunts is that all hunters must attend an indoctrination session prior to hunting. Does anybody know when these sessions are?
For instance, if a non resident draws, would he have to fly to NM a couple of weeks before the hunt to attend this session? Or would it be given just a day or so ahead of time allowing for a single trip to cover everything? |
