Im headed up with the GF and her cow tag to unit 66 and 69. Wondering if anyone has any word on what the elk are doing up that way... I havent seen much for game this year... ANYWHERE and havent scouted. Probably gunna do alot of road hunting, get up high and glass. That area is huge and dont know if I should stay down low (near Tex Creek) or head up towards McCoy Creek/Big Elk Mtn.
any advice would be nice. |
