I have a K31 with a nikon scope!! I was wondering if it can be used for hunting even though the magazine holds 6 rounds? I see a lot of guys using this rifle does it not matter the magazine capacity holds more than 5 rounds?

It depends on what state you are hunting in. I know that you can't use that large of a magazine in Colorado.
