If you can see them, they've already seen you.
Whenever I'm sneaking up on antelope, I keep reapeating that to myself to stop myself from sneaking a peek. Trust me, if you sneak a peek, you're busted. Trust your instincts.
One other piece of advice; Never aim over an antelope's back. Always aim for hair. They're always closer than you think.
Best of luck, please post a pic. |

1) Always hunt into the wind (they have an underrated sense of smell) with the sun at your back.
2) Don't let the cattle spot you entering the pasture or while your stalking.
3) Paint your truck the same color as the ranchers truck.
4) Scout but don't press any single herd or buck too much prior to your hunt.
5) Stay off the ranchers pastures with your truck.
6) Don't wait to take pictures, their color seems to fade within minutes after they are harvested.
7) Follow BruceWs advice |

no luck, i had several that were just outside of bow range including one nice buck, considering this was my first attempt i'll take it. i'd like to give it another try but oklahoma's bow season is closed.
any advice on where to line up another hunt w/o paying for a guide? |
