Hunting enthusiasts, we are seeking your expertise! We are looking for a skilled customer service associate to work with for a local hunting supply manufacturer. Qualified candidates need to have a high school education with 1-2 years customer service background. Only apply if you have hunting scope and rifle knowledge and experience. Candidates must also be proficient in Ms Office Suite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Domestic Sales Order Entry and Preparation: Receives pre-assigned purchase orders from sales/Service Team and performs online order processing. Processing orders online, account management, and expedites purchase orders to ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
Investigates, resolves and follows up on customer complaints and requests for informational clarification and service via phone, email, and fax.
