I was hoping for a bigger bear, even have a couple bigger ones hitting a different bait sporadically. But she presented a shot at 18 yards and I still have my second tag, so I let the arrow fly and hit her hard. A pass through that caught both lungs and heart. She ran 30 yards and let out 2 loud death moans and was done.
First archery bear. 56 inches nose to tail. Amazing experience. |
