If you are bothered by occasional or frequent constipation, look in the mirror and repeat the following phrase three times in succession when symptoms occur:

Joe Biden
Harry Reid
Nancy Pelosi
Tim Geithner
Rahm Emmanuel
Chris Dodd
and Barney Frank!
