I think what their doing is great, I just don't totaly agree why the herds are down. Overhunting an area is sure the case in some areas. Whisky Flats and the blues are two areas that come to mind but I believe when they stopped hunting cougs and bears with hounds is another problem that increased the prededitor count too high.They need to cut the ratio of hunters down also untill what used to be big herds in the sixties can come back strong again.
