I am a former graduate of West Virginia's hunter safty program at Nutter Fort Elementry School, which was an early pioneer of what is now manditory in most States. It was a powerful tool that has stayed with me through the years. Today I'm an Arkansas resident and big game hunter with 30 years of accident free hunting experience. I'm all for a useful education. ( a useful education? Wow what a concept!) No, the feds will never go for it.
