I will be in hawaii over the holiday's and have been looking at hunting some goats on public land and was wondering if it is worth it or should just go with maui safari ?

If you are looking for a nice goat to put on your wall, public land is pretty much out of the question. Maui Hunting Safaris has some very nice animals on thier lease but I am not sure of thier prices. I also forgot to mention that November to January is Bird season here and Goats can only be hunted on weekdays on public land. Not real sure about Maui Hunting Safaris, but I think they hunt Goat, Feral Hog and Axis Deer year round. Hope this helps.
