I will be deer hunting in Nebraska. Is the 3X9 scope I have powerfull enough or should I slap on the 6X20 I have.

| the power on a 3x9 with 36 to 40mm obj. will do just fine on shots out to 300 yards,after that it may be hard to define the actual size of the animal you are looking at and it may be difficult to judge how high to shoot on a real long shot.so to answere your question you should be fine. |

| Lamar where will u be hunting in Nebraska? I hunted there and have seen some real monsters on my friends land. Now as for a 3x9 scope thats what i used on hunts there and it was fine. |
