I wonder if they could be arrested for animal cruelty? Minks are vicious lil critters, what did those people think would happen? Well they obviously were not thinking.
A Labrador Retriever?!!! Awww poor puppy

| ha ha! These animal rights groups need to educate themselves about animals & their instinctive habits/traits. Its obvious they don't know a thing... or they think all animals are cute furry balls of joy!! |

Looks like the star pulled that article (so you have to register to read it). Found another copy here (I think):
Minks freed from farm start eating each other
Good example of how some of these animal rights groups don't always have the animals well being in mind. More or less just a stun where nobody (including the animals) "wins".

VH-1's been showing a reality show, "Surviving Nugent." They took a bunch of young folks out to Ted Nugent's ranch to go through ordeals of his design and choosing and be eliminated at his whim.
One of the young women is an ardent animal rights activist and the show does a great job of exposing how unrealistic her position is. She makes a huge deal out of everything from people yelling at chickens to getting an egg in her face ("like burning a cross in my yard") to dinner, you name it. She goes into hysterics and everything. Then one morning Ted's folks come running to tell them that the geese are in the pool and Ted's going to kill them if they don't get them out quick. They all go running, and the guy that wanted to kill the chickens dives in the pool to save the geese, while the animal rightists stands on the side and provides minimal help. Turns out she didn't want to get her clothes wet. Utter, priceless, hypocrisy. |

| YA saw it last night. At first I thought " Ted had really gone over the top" I almost turned the channel but then though " I want to she Ted put this VEGI in his cook book " kill it and grill it " I ended up watching the whole show, was actually not a bad show |
