Pics to follow, I just got home. He has about a 6" beard. First bird, first season I've hunted.
I field dressed it while in the woods. I shot it 2 hours ago now. We took pictures with my blackberry, but my wife has the camera and won't be home until tomorrow morning.
Can I wait to pluck it until then? |

Congratulations! Nice you got one first season. Bet you're counting the days till next yr.
Our season is the month of May, and it's still snowing in the hills, but I'm ready. |
