| Well yea hes friends with the land owner. I dont think it would be good for me to do that kuz he can get anyone he wants to defend him in court but thanx for the idea. |

i think he should stay away because you will never kill that big buck if he keeps going around the stand cause when that deer gets within at least 1 to 200 yards from your stand and he smells the odors chances are that buck will never return until the smells are gone. he will come in time to time but it won't be within even rifle range so tell him to stay away from the stand.

Since he doesn't believe you when you tell him that it is bad for deer hunting to stink up the area your going to hunt then try to find some articles that will back you up and show them to him.
