You have some great info on your site and looks like you offer some great hunts.
However you asked about the website itself and I'm afraid a lot of people will not wait for it to load up. Most folks are still on dial-up connections and your homepage alone took several minutes to load up. I personally will not wait that long. Then your interior pages are 'heavy' as well, but at least you have some text to read while those graphics are loading. I would recommend streamlining your graphics considerably and maybe even totally losing the home/splash page. A good web designer can make your site load up quickly AND still be appealing to the eye.
Your site does not work consistently in Netscape, and even though a large percentage of folks use Internet Explorer, do you really want to lose 20-25% of your site's visitors?
