Found this ram ten years ago. Was awarded it through the British Columbia government to keep. Here where I live are some of the largest Rocky Mountain bighorns in the world.

Do they plug the horns up there to indicate a legal set of horns?

All canadian rams have to be plugged by wildlife officers to make them legal. Its a silver plug in the horn with a serial number. My ram was plugged when it was scored and awarded to me by the government.
