I am in the miliatry and have access to take 2 civilian hunters at a time onto Ft. Sill near Lawton OK to hunt some monster hogs. There are thousands of huntable acres on post. The only stipulations are from 7 Feb to 14 Mar 2004 you may use Primitave arms (.40 caliber and above), Shot gun (slugs or buck shot), and archery as legal means of hunting hogs. The rest of the year you can only use shotguns with buck shot and archery. No rifle hunting for hogs is permited on Fort Sill. You must have a valid Oklahoma hunting lisence. A hunter's education card if born after 1972 and there will be a 20 dollar Ft. Sill Hunting lisence fee, with no other cost whatsoever. I would be willing open this hunting opportunity up to any responsible hunters that are willing to offer deer hutning opportunities to me in return. Thank you

Not to advertise any other sites, but it's along the subject. There's a 3day JHO HAM SLAM pig O rama May 21st for $300 a person at Tejon Ranch. I'm going to go... it looks like a good oportunity. But that's just me.

Tejon Ranch is the largest private holding of land in the entire state. I forget the name of the guy who owns it, but it's about twice the size of any other private land area.
It comprises most of California's D10 zone... if you're familiar with deer hunting. Otherwise, it's southwest of bakersfield about 1 hour, I think. It's about 4 1/2 hours North of San Diego (where I live). If you do a google search for "Tejon Ranch" you'll turn up quite a few entries. The entire South Side of the ranch is going to be open to a limited amount of people (50 max) for this hunt.
Hope that helps.

Try Lake Sonoma for pig. They just opened it up recently for hunting Mon.-Thur and I am told from a buddy at work who hunts there that there are alot of pigs in the area and it is a nice place to go.
