If you are looking for seclusion, privacy, and access to thousands of acres of National Forest land, you should see this 35 acre parcel in Northwest Colorado. It is located about 40 miles north of Steamboat Springs and just south of the Wyoming border on CR 129.
This is the area where those in the know go to hunt and fish--there are elk, antelope, and mule deer in abundance.
