|
|
Many of you out there bow hunt for Deer and Elk but for some reason turn riffle hunter for Black Bear.
For us select few hardcore bow hunter's, we are determined to hunt year round with a bow and beat the bush to make our kill that much more meaningful.
Like my bear this year. I scouted for 2 years for this one.
NOTE: Bear spray is my side arm. No gun's allowed :thumbsup1:
It was so rewarding to put in so much effort and time and have it all pay off in the end.
Lets here some of your story's or see some pic's of Fair chase bow hunting without bait. |

| I had a 300+ lb bear almost step on me from behind cause I called him in with a preditor call. It was wicked scarry :evil: . We both noticed eachother at the same time and lucky for me he busted out instead of attacking. I didnt get a shot off but the experience is somthing you probably wont see being a riffle hunter. I had full sent lok gear like bustbigking and I use a Mathew's bow with crimson tylon broadhead's. |

Nice bear with your bow.
But I could do with out the "For us select few hardcore bow hunter's, we are determined to hunt year round with a bow and beat the bush to make our kill that much more meaningful." :=;
Any hunt I do is meaningful. :thumbsup1: |

Love the sign!
Nice picture, magazine quality.
I'll bet you can knock a second arrow pretty quick. I also bet it wasn't easy at first and that you had to practice a lot, but can now do it without thinking about it. |

| i agree with redhawk,ive been working my *** off for a bear this year and i hunt with a rifle. i get close enough to use a bow but my tradition's have allways included rifles. in fact just tonight while "beating the brush" for bear i got within 30 yards of a 8x8 monster bull elk, he had no idea i was there. to bad its not elk season :](*,) |
